Plant guarantee

If it dies anyway, you'll get a new one.

Every Kasvers plant comes with a 30-day plant guarantee. All we ask for is a photo. You do not need to send anything back.

How the guarantee works

A plant is alive. It travels in a box, ends up in a new home with different light, and sometimes it just doesn't take. That can be down to the plant, the trip or the spot. We don't think you should pay for that.

If your plant goes downhill within 30 days of delivery, we'll sort it out. Leaves turning yellow one after another, a stem that snaps, a plant that keeps drooping: send us a photo and one of the growers will take a look.

What you get from us

  • A new plant in the same size, delivered free.
  • Or your money back, if you prefer.
  • And always advice from the grower, so it works out the second time.

What we don't ask

You don't need to send the plant back. And we won't try to work out whether it was your fault. We will ask where the plant stands and how often you water it. Not to make things difficult, but so the new plant has a better time of it.

Damage during delivery is covered too. A snapped leaf or a broken pot? Send us a photo, ideally within a few days.

This guarantee comes on top of your legal rights, such as the 14-day cooling-off period. You can read more in the FAQ and the terms and conditions.

Sorted in three steps

Within 30 days of delivery, for every plant in the shop.

  1. 1Send a photoEmail a photo with your order number to hallo@kasvers.nl. Prefer the contact form? Then the grower will ask for the photo in their reply.
  2. 2A grower takes a lookYou'll hear from one of our growers within one working day. Sometimes a plant can still be saved with a small change.
  3. 3New plant or adviceYou choose: a new plant, your money back, or advice to save this one. A new plant goes out with the next delivery.

Guarantee and returns

Can I send a plant back?

Yes. You have a 14-day cooling-off period, even though a plant is a living thing. Let us know within 14 days of delivery, then send the plant back within the following 14 days. You'll get your money back, including the delivery costs. The cost of sending it back is yours.

How do I send a plant back?

Once you've let us know, we'll send you the return address and a few tips for packing it safely. Use the box it came in if you can.

My plant arrived damaged. What now?

Take a photo of the plant and the box and email it to hallo@kasvers.nl. You'll get a new plant, or your money back if you prefer. No need to send anything back.

Does the guarantee cover the pot?

Yes, if the pot was damaged in delivery. Send a photo and we'll send a new one. A pot that falls off the windowsill later on isn't covered.

My plant is dropping a leaf. Is that covered?

A leaf or two in the first few weeks is normal. That's how a plant gets used to its new spot. If it's more than that, send us a photo. The grower will take a look and we'll find a solution together.

What if something goes wrong after 30 days?

Get in touch anyway. A plant that gets poorly after six weeks is usually struggling with its spot or its watering. The plant doctor is happy to help with that.

Something wrong with your plant?

Send a photo and tell us where it stands. One of the growers will email you back within one working day.
